RCMP arrest two youths for BB gun robbery in Eastern Passage

Two youths have been arrested by Halifax RCMP in connection a reported robbery in Eastern Passage.

According to a RCMP release, the two suspects stole a vape from another youth while waving a BB gun.

The incident reportedly happened on Caldwell Road on the evening of June 9.

One suspect was arrested the following day and was later released on conditions pending a future court appearance.

The other suspect was arrested on June 17 and remains in custody and appeared in court on Thursday.

Officers seized BB pellets and a CO2 canister for a BB gun from one of the suspects’ backpacks.
