Police probing shots fired in North Preston

HALIFAX – Halifax RCMP continue to investigate a shooting in North Preston on Saturday morning with no reported injuries.
Police said around 5 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to reports of gun shots on Cain Street in North Preston and later found that shots were fired at a residence and a vehicle on the street.
No one was hurt and police don’t believe it was a random act.
The investigation remains ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
