Suspect arrested in indecent acts investigation

Halifax Regional Police have a suspect in custody in an investigation into indecent acts late last month.

Police have said a man exposed himself to staff at two drive-thru restaurants before sunrise on May 27.

Just before noon Tuesday, they released a photo of someone they said was a suspect. About an hour later, a man turned himself in to police.

The 26-year-old is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court at a later date to face two counts of indecent acts.
