What’s open, what’s closed for the holidays

After today things are going to be pretty quiet around town including
Nova Scotia liquor stores.
They close at 5 o’clock this afternoon, and don’t open again until Sunday at noon.
Most big stores and malls will shut down around five or six this evening.
They will stay closed tomorrow and boxing day re-opening on Sunday morning, some earlier than others.
Some convenience and drug stores will be open.
Metro Transit will also operate on a holiday schedule on Christmas and Boxing Day and get back to its normal Schedule on Sunday.
