N.S. gas prices skyrocket by more than four cents

Gas prices have gone up as predicted – but by a tad more than predicted.
The posted price for regular self-serve is $1.06.8 in metro today, up 4.6 cents from Thursday.
A year ago that same litre of gas would have cost you just 82.5 cents.
Diesel also climbed four cents to a $1.04 per litre.
In New Brunswick, prices went up by about four cents on Thursday. Gas is selling for just over a dollar a litre in Saint John.
