Gas prices fall by just over a penny

Nova Scotia’s regulated gas prices have fallen slightly, as predicted.

The new posted price for self-serve regular in metro is $1.07.1 today, a decrease of 1.2 cents a litre.

This time last year, we were paying 90 cents a litre in metro.

The price of diesel also went down last night.

The maximum price is now $1.03.5, a drop of 1.6 cents a litre.
