A new study suggests exercising both the brain, and the body can improve academic performance.
Researchers in Rome tracked 138 kids aged 8 to 11 over a three-week period.
They found, children who engaged in physical activity or academic exercises before a test performed better and completed the exams faster.
The findings appear in the journal, Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise.
