Agent Orange reportedly used in Nova Scotia

Ontario’s natural resources minister says a component of the toxic defoliant Agent Orange was once used by Nova Scotia’s forestry industry.
However, a spokesman for the Forest Products Association of Nova Scotia says he wasn’t aware of the use of 2-4-5-T in the province.
Executive director Steve Talbot told The Canadian Press it’s the first time he’s heard about it.
Environment Department officials in Nova Scotia could not confirm whether the compound was used, saying they needed more time to research the matter.
